At Mane Muse, we are committed to providing premium-quality hair extensions. Due to the hygienic nature of our products, we have a strict returns policy.
Returns
For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on hair extensions that have been opened, worn, brushed, altered, or removed from their original packaging.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing manemuse@gmail.com. Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs of the product.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return or replacement:
- The item must be unused and unopened.
- The original security seal and packaging must remain intact.
- Your request must be submitted within 48 hours of receiving your order.
Approved returns must be sent back within 7 days of approval. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was incorrect or faulty.
Refunds
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
Order Cancellations
Orders may only be cancelled before they have entered processing. Once processing has begun, orders cannot be cancelled.
